    I get my parts at the end of may and I saw that in may there's new Intel processors being released around the middle of may (I think), should I wait for them to release and buy one of them such as the i5 4690?

    Since its just a clock speed boost I don't think it will be worth it. Better to buy the older ones for much cheaper.
