Well for starters it's almost impossible and I doubt that there's a single person on the AQWorlds section who could do it apart from maybe one or two.
(the offer thing wouldn't work either, most offers have proxy detection anyway)
But the most important thing is that if someone eventually did manage to make one, they would get into serious legal trouble

If you really want to try and find someone who's smart enough to do it, yet stupid enough to put themselves in that much risk, go ahead :P
Hence why every single 'AC Hack' you see is fake. Read the AC/Membership part of this as well.

I will leave this thread open, but everyone else is just going to say the same thing :P There might be one or two who claim that they once had one, but if they did it was when the game was brand new and had terrible security.
