Can i delete a keylogger

Well i downloaded the mpgh hack that gordon put up and i want to know if i delete it will it remove the keylogger or virus that might be on it?

just permantly delete it if you wanna stay safe. If you dont do impostant stuff on your computer keep it for fun. i was first person to find mph hack suspicous so i deleted it on my computer....
