Ive tried putting firewall down...

Ive tried manually updating, which doesnt even work.

Ive tried sending reports but I am unable to send...

This has never happened to me! please I will be forever greatful for you. The only thing I can give to you is like3k gold in game...

It's simple. Go to the DGNNew folder then into the HShield folder and delete the HSUpdate .exe and HsLogMgr .exe After that, you should be good to go. Run the game.
