My recent system build.

I have been around the forums a while, Just dont post much. Seen this topic and figured i would share my recent build
Well i did unfortanitly forget to take step by step pictures but here are a few.

1. I7 - 4960x
2. Corsair H100I
3. 32 Gig DDR3 1866 4 x 8 Corsair Dominator
4. Asus Rampage iv Extreme Motherboard
5. 2 x 256 Gig Samsung 840 Evo SSD (Raid 0)
6. Corsair Ax1200 PSU
7. 2 x GTX Titan SC ( 6 Gig Each)
8. Cooler Master Cosmos 2

Those are some high end parts it looks great. I'm assuming you are doing multi monitor with those titans in SLI

Whilst your build is spectacular, the only thing I would have changed would have been the RAM. Same 32Gb and RAM model just would have went with the 2400Mhz editions and just a single Titan Black and then SLI when I need to.

Also do you have HDDs for large storage? You didn't list it here so I thought I would ask.

Yes, I run 3 monitors in total 2 - 27" IPS monitors and 1 - 60" sony tv

Some new parts have been ordered, As of 4/29. I am changing out the motherboard to the Asus Rampage IV Extreme Black Edition for the additinal sata 3.0 ports.
So will be selling the Asus Rampage IV Extreme that is currently in the machine when the new 1 get`s here

Hopeing to be able to pick up a 3rd Titan here shortly... But dont have a additional $1000 laying around right now

As far as hdd`s go yes. I have 2 - 2 TB mechanical HDD`s for storage. I was up in the air between the 1866 and the 2400 when it came time to ordering but unfortanitly at that time of this build money became a slight issue for a short time

Not to much as of yet. Just got done building it literally maybe 2 month`s ago ?

But i do alot of video editing for people. CAD, I game, Benchtesting. Just about anything really

Well my labtop died today. When i was in the middle of doing some important work for a customer. So i though to myself shit what i am going to do now....
LIGHT BULB!!!! NEW TOYS!!!

So decided to take a trip to my local electronic store and picked up these.


Asus ROG G750JW + Samsung 840 Evo 256 gig SSD

The factory 1tb HDD will become the storage drive for this machine. And windows 7 will be put on in place of the windows 8 that is factory installed.

Sick laptop, I would've gone with the G750JS myself. You can get one with factory 250GB SSD + 1TB for pretty cheap. Plus it comes with a GTX 870M.
