All you noobs, get a Saitek R.A.T Mouse, I have one and it's da best ya
I wouldn't. As far as optical mice are concerned there are only a select few that have perfect grade sensors. Most optical mice without a perfect sensor are outperformed by lasers. The Deathadder does have a perfect sensor, but I find the build quality and ergonomics to be lacking compared to a Sensei, kinda defeats the purpose of having a perfect sensor.

I loved everything about my R.A.T, except the fact that the tracking on the thing was fucking worthless. They're not very durable in comparison to other mice, such as Logitech mice.
OT: If you're only interested in the two you posted, go for the Corsair. Razer mice are overpriced, and not very durable. (Unless you baby them, then of course anything can last.)
If not, definitely look into a Logitech mouse. I just broke out my G500, because my beloved old Logitech G5 broke just earlier this week. Which lasted me, a VERY long time. I love all the mice they have, and they're just great for me. (Mostly because the size of my hand.) I've never had an issue with their mice, and even if you did the customer service is fucking amazing. (I'm a fanboy, sorry.)

I can't compare any mice because the only one I've owned is the Razer Deathadder. I think that it's a great mouse and Razer Synapse always works for me so that I can set the forward/back buttons to different macros for different commands, messages, etc.
I highly recommend the Deathadder but, as I said before, I haven't owned any other decent mouse
