Making a new steam account

on my steam account i have 2 vac bans, counter strike go and rust
two games I really like, then i have been globally banned on Dayz sa
i love that game, i want to create a new steam account and buy those games again
butr ive read that some people bought the same game on another steam account but they were still banned so
how can i completely delete my game dato to prevent myself being banned on a new fresh game?

Had one account banned too. As far as I know, it shouldn't ban you again if you don't hack on your new account because my new one is fine. Just re-install Steam to be safe. To delete game data you can right-click your game on Steam and then press "Delete Local Content".
