Re-installing it is the only solution, and depending on your network usage/bandwidth, should only take at the most two hours. As for the files that need to be deleted, you need to delete the Z8Games folder (the default directory is C: Program Files (x86)/Z8Games) before you can re-install Cross Fire with a clean slate.

@Wassabi? is right,you have to delete z8games folder becouse of logs,that folder remains uninstaling.Also try to uninstal avira until you are instaling crossfire,it can make problems.
