Well technically you didn't loose them at all.
My brother deleted a file that contained my graduation photos.
I was hopping if there was a way to recover the file.
I tried system restore already, but he deleted before the restore points.
Any help please, I really need that file back.

I think some googling would help

Since you system restored there is no way to obtain it back, I believe Advance system care pro had a feature to recover deleted files, but give it a try you can find pro keys on YouTube..

Well if you had your files backed up or possibly *******ed? If not then there is nothing really simple that you could do.. Sorry to say.
If the drive it was contained on had excess space and the allocated space wasn't overwritten, it's not actually deleted. Use advanced file recovery software to get it back, might be partially corrupt or take a long time (depending on the HD size).

Recuva does wonders for me, and it can also show you other deleted files and the chance of recovery.

I ran a scan for around 30 hours on a 64 GB 3 year old pen drive.
Used "EASUS Data Recovery" and I got back what I needed for my old friend
