Hi all, I am sceptical about doing this due to this being a hack site but this is strictly for legitimate community members only:

Who are we and what do we want?
Elysium™ are one of the newest clans on CrossFire, although we have managed to climb 60 000 ranks in just three weeks. We are different from any other clan because of the structure that I am putting in place. Find out more below.

Tactics:
We don't just plan on playing as individuals, we play as a team and we play to win. Tactics that are deployed are only successful if everyone is aware of them and what the end result is. All members will have a chance to voice their opinions on tactical advantages/disadvantages. With these suggestions and ideas in mind, the lieutenants will come together to come up with a plan of action for each specific game mode. After each game we can then analyse our performances.

Communication
When the clan has more valuable team members then I will invest in a private TeamSpeak 3 server so that we may keep in communication at all times. Players will have to log into TeamSpeak whilst participating in clan matches, this is to ensure that we can effectively work together to crush the opposition.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
I understand that not everyone is capable of being an expert or 'pro' at every game mode and this is why we are going to play to what we are good at. This clan, albeit united, is going to be split into different divisions, each under the command of one lieutenant. There are currently four game modes available for clan matches and I am planning on have a primary division for each mode.

The four modes currently available are:
Ghost Mode
Search & Destroy
Team Deathmatch
Elimination

Division structure
To start with, each division is going to have a lieutenant to lead his squad, and 5 members under his command. I will be selecting lieutenants based on their abilities. These will be reviewed monthly by me, based on performances, attitude, team morale, and feedback from the lieutenants' squad members. If they don't meet an adequate standard then they will be demoted and a new lieutenant will be selected.

Recruitment Opportunities
As I am restructuring the whole clan, I have lieutenant and squad member positions available for each of the divisions. If you would like to be a part of our clan, then please submit an application after reading the rules and requirements below.

Clan rules
1) You will not hack
2) You will not glitch
3) You will respect other members, lieutenants and the opposition
4) You will speak English at all times whilst in the clan chat
5) You will obey the orders of your division lieutenant whilst in a clan match

Requirements

1) You must participate in at least five clan matches a week
2) You must be active to fulfil the above requirement
3) You must use equipment that is requested by each division lieutenant
4) Must be able to play on the UK servers
