So I stumbled upon that code a while ago and I am wondering how it works, so if some one could decrypt that back to what its supposed to be that would help me out allot.

What does this do you may ask? Well remember a how we had a serverstats jpeg to ban any one we wanted from any server? Well that is the code for that, and guess what. It still works.

Odd I don't remember saying that it did not work. I just need the code decrypted. (The code can actually be used as is, but it does require some html, to make the javascript work.)
