For the fix, just get phoenix's struct.sql and reinstall mysql

I re-installed like 4 times, tried 2 different Phoenix struct.sql and I have tried different ports and everything, rabcdasm, changed pass, everything :'c pls help Ahlwong, help on skype maybe?

No it wont and all that have this problem i dont know how to fix but when you almost finished installing Mysql there will pop up a Error : mysql server unable to update security settings. When you ignore that problem and installed Mysql you cant import struct+you cant login in Heidisql
