The Essence of the Undead Legend it's a Seasonal item. You can only get it from Dage's Birthday shop, so atm its rare.
Try looking on wiki first next time.

Unfortunately, it won't work. Seasonal shops cannot be accessed via the shop loader. Any hows, careful with it - AQW 'threatened' us botters that doing so could get us banned
