Are you using the lastest Steam version ? (1.9.461) And you might have to disable Data Execution Prevention (usually abbreviated as DEP) for MW3.

How do i turn all those features on ? I don´t have any options for turning esp,one shot kill or whatever on

Press "Inject" button in the main window (it's red, in the left upper corner) and press Delete or Insert button on your keyboard while ingame.

Nah, it's only for SP.

Inject the hack, go under "Misc" and you'll find those there.

Yes, it still works and it's not a virus. (You might encounter some false postives, but that's because of the packing method I used)
