I am not going to list actual parts because I am feeling rather lazy. I would start with a NZXT Case (my personal favorite) and replace stock fans with noctua fans because they rock.
    -Asus Z87 Mobo,
    -latest gen i7
    -water-cooling for your CPU
    -1200w modular power supply
    -24-36gb of whatever ram
    -500gb SSD
    -1TB HDD
-dual (or a single) EVGA GTX 780 ti
    -two 1440p 27" monitor.

In respects to the previous post, the processor is rediculously stupid. Sorry, AMD is way less reliable than Intel, Windows 7 can only use 6 cores anyway. I can overclock my 3.4ghz cpu to 4.4ghz and have no issues running absolutely anything. You dont need a 3tb HDD unless you plan on storing videos or rendering 3d shit. Titan is absolutely fucking stupid, the 780TI does nearly the EXACT same for $400 less, allowing you to get two, which is a win.

Case/airflow/temperatures are what you want to focus on before you think about speeds....

Want a REAL pro tip? cut out the second 780 ti and the second monitor, save $1000, take a vacation.

What? 32-bit Windows 7 recognises up to 32 physical cores. 64-bit Windows 7 recognises up to 256 physical cores. In terms of what it actually uses is entirely up to the application. Please don't spread misinformation.
    THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST

Thanks, couldn't find the actual number Win7 supported. I knew for fact it wasn't only 6 though.

You're left with like $300 so you can add it on to get a 780ti or something.

I recommend this build. With $300 just splurge on games and such.
