    Disable Allied HitSounds

    Is anyone interested in the code to do this? its like 5lines in the Character.class, i did it cuz fametrains annoy the shit out of me, but i still wanted some sound (hence the poll) and see if it is possible. the code i got works, but i dont know if its 'clean', more copypasta.
