Not to throw a wrench on the works here. But technically he didn't give the money back, he simply lost the case with Paypal and THEY gave the money back... So not exactly saintly behavior here. Now it sounds like it wasn't even the full amount.

I Didnt Ignore Him , I Logged In To check the status Of My Account and then i closed again but i didnt see that he mentioned me then after i got banned i checked the thread and i found out that symmetrical has mentioned me

and I know you clearly ignored my

If someone has a scam report on them
they would put most of their attention to that report, if they are innocent ..
but if they just logged in to check the "status" of their account and didn't see the scam report.. I don't think they are innocent
