If so, its a great idea and im just mega pissed off because now i wont get to use a lot of the hacks.

Btw. Its not just for people that arent registered. Its for leachers. People that have like 0-5 posts and they come and download the hacks, and leave.

The only time they post is when they hack dosnt work, so they ask for help to get it to work. Thats it.
