    Assuming you have at least basic knowledge of Steam library, you should be smart enough to just right-click BO1, go to Language and change it to English. And yes, I have Polish cd-key, so if it works for me, then it should work for you too. Avaible langs are: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Russian and Japanese. (based on what Steam and Lord Gaben says)
