Black Ops 2 Offline

I have Black Ops 2 on my PC (SKIDROW hacked with update patch).
I want to get the nuketown zombies dlc and play zombies offline or multiplayer offline.
How do I do this?
fourdeltaone and plusops don't work.
Do I need a steam account with black ops 2 purchased? Can anyone pm me an account like that or is there an easy way to do this? Thanks in advance.

Guys from Redacted have added an Offline mode, but the new version isn't publicly released yet..

Would this possibly work? Though I can't download the DLC could I just play solo zombies without Vengeance DLC?
And when would that come out? (Redacted offline)

It would most likely work, but they have to release it first..I have no idea when they are going to release it, tho..
