lol but we don't have to compensate for the Coriolis effect, wind, elevation, etc.

Yea that's another thing. Temp... leave your ammo sit in the sun just a bit and you'll get a bit more distance out of your shot. Another marksmen trick not used in CA
One thing
What is the coriolis effect?
Its in COD4
I'm back.
In short it's taking into account the rotation of the earth in relation to 2 moving objects... the bullet and the earth lol
Sounds compilcated
I'm back.
It is. There are many equations to take into account when firing a rifle at long range. Especially when you're looking at distances of 300 yds or more. Gravity and wind play a huge role. You may have to aim 3 feet above the target. And wind speed and direction at your intended target may be completely different then where you're at.
In order to explain it I'll do it like this..
You and your target are lined up 1 mile apart. You're both moving with the earth at the same speed. Once the round leaves your rifle though you and your target are still in the same position but that round is above the earths surface just enough so that the earth will reposition your target. At great distances this can cause misses by several feet.

Lol holy crap... I thought bullets were too fast for the wind.. Only arrows were affected.. I luv using bow and arrows..
I like G36E+L96A1+PP19 or M4A1.. I still havent decided which one.. I started using M4A1 and I luv the low recoil but I've had good experiences with PP-19..
So im kinda confused
