You still got a ways to go, so here is some tips.

1. Your still using it as background music. You did better with syncing, but the main point is change clips/add effects when the music changes. I got amv's that do that here Though some of the good ones have been killed thanks to WMG.
2. The only other main thing is that you don't have to put the whole song. The part in song with his mom isn't really useable, especially for naruto.

3. Although you don't have to and your vid will be just as good without it. Try making a signature opening. Put some words up with a cool clip.(usually this is pretty short).

faster music is easier to make a better amv. As long as its not a completely repetitive song, you get better results. But with faster music you also have to use more changes more often.
