Add in your bank account or credit card.

Otherwise, there a bunch of methods in the e-book section/user services.
Some require payment, some don't.

just go to a bank and don't share your info and you'll be safe.

Some people offer PayPal Verification's, But there Risky... Otherwise Get a Bank Account lol.
