I will have a look at that. Also yes I know that people are saying LordShadow is acting inappropriately. Infact GP himself told me. He said that Lazer, Soren and Lord aren't doing good for the server or something like that. It may be true in some extent but really, nothing to bad right now. I will have a look at the screenshots and then talk with Soren and Lazer about taking further action. Right now I am working on making my own server

The os of this vps host is linux. Not really helpful as we need Windows os VPS server.

Not a good private server. LordShadow hacked into my account, changed password, and deleted all of my characters to mess around with it, right after I donated $30. Devs are not punished for infracting their rules, and the owner constantly lies about their money to get more donators. A week ago, he told me he needed $40 to upgrade the server to be 8x better. Because of this, I donated $30 to help him out. Right after my donation, another person donated $10, which, as he said, would've given him enough to upgrade the vps. Instead, though, he said he needed another $30 in donations. As soon as he got that $30 from more donators, he said "oh sorry our paypal got hacked" when I asked about the VPS upgrading. I know it is all complete bs so that he can make people think all funds go towards the server, when he is really just keeping all of the money for himself.

I never said i needed more to upgrade after you donated i just didn't do it yet because i wanted to finish adding some stuff. And the paypal really did get hacked.

umm... you sure $40... well this is $36USD so for Lazer it should be $36 for him and for you @Brodiebaxter99 your amount you paid according to your currency to USD currency = $50.29USD making it more than enough to pay for this.

It's exactly as others have said in previous threads, and also this one:

- the people in charge do not follow their own rules
- it's not uncommon to have some retard spawn a cube god on top of you randomly, etc.
- the server is often down, and when it's up it's often laggy
- if one of the admins gets angry with you, they'll ban your account without as much as a warning

In other words: it's a server run by 12-year-olds for their friends to bully random people at for fun, but that's pretty much true of any private server in any game so yeah.

Just a heads up for those that are new to this and wondered if the Dark Realms client is worth downloading.

Yep. Though in 123.5.1 (pserver client), there weren't that many of Kabam's changes besides sprites for new stuff and the anti-dupe loading screen.

Except me I actually warn you and give you 3 warnings before taking further action. I warn you if you are breaking the rules or begging or most importantly disrespecting staff

But you see you need donations etc and so we cannot get that unless we get enough donators to pay for the months payment and then work out how much you have to pay for the upgrade. But as people have been saying... and the hacking that has been happening. Peoples money are R.I.P so R.I.P to Dark Realms I think

An intensive RotMG server from 12-30 people online at one time requires 8gb of ram, and you won't require more because programs only work to serve a maximum memory that they can take from the VPS. 16gb is probably a good amount for Kabam's medium-population servers, but I doubt you'll ever need a 32-64gb for an RotMG server. That's going more towards things like servers with 3D positional rendering (like TF2) and simple high-resource servers.
