    Any 1150 Mobo > then 70 $ (you do not need oc' version cuz you will need to increase the bclk anyway)
    AMD R9 295x2
    900w Power Supply at least cuz the 295 sucks 500w on its own...

    Better than any pre-build setup you will ever get
