So you have to win the tournament to get it. Hmm thanks for share man, but I wonder how people selling Triumphant skin with only Summoner name tho

When you win riot sponsored tournament they ask you for summoner name or 5 winning players and they get them triumphant ryze skin and some rp i think.

Yeah, you get the skin and 3200 RP. There are other rewards; I think 1600 RP and 800 RP.

If i register the tournament from my account and want the prize to be given on the same account, will i receive the prize? Riot says the organizers can't compete in their own tournament.

I have not actually tried it myself, so I cannot be 100% sure.
