Help Graphics card upgrade needed for a Retard

Yo, so i'm retarded

I've got a Rig that pretty much rapes not really but 8gb Ram Intel i7 processor

but my graphics card is a NVIDIA Geforce GT 620, Pretty much a $80 piece of trash

I'm looking for something that my computer will fit that is around the $100 mark to play games on my 1900x1600 monitor at atleast medium quality with atleast 30 FPS

Please give your thoughts I was looking at a HD7750 Radeon
