1.) Sorry but i've never seen wt.exe in War Thunder folder.
2.) What you want do with that? It's useless.
3.) Do you even know what are you wanna do ? Oo

the EXE is called Ace.exe Not WT.exe and no there is not a dump of it Why because the dump would be out of date by the time you get it because War thunder updates its self every week so ya get a dump but it will Not help you..also use the search bar and well you will find what you need.
