The keyboard needs to be illuminated and the mouse needs to not suck dick.

Mechanical? If so, research on the different types of switches that are available, and then choose a keyboard that has the switches you want.

I recommend the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate too. All key characters are illuminated and all keys are individually back-lit. The keyboard comes in two variations. One with "Clicky" mechanical switches, the other with "Silent" mechanical switches. The activation point is around 2mm and a force of 45g - 50g is required, depending on the model. I recommend looking at this review.
As for the mouse, I use the Roccat Kova[+] Wired Gaming Mouse. The mouse is ergonomic and has soft-touch coating, making it really comfortable in my opinion. It has a 3200dpi sensor so it is really precise.
I forgot to put monitor but yeah I need a bigger monitor. My current monitor is small and looks like shit, I need a big yet affordable monitor to watch my anime in 1080p.
Not sure what your price range is but here you go.
Any bigger than this and it starts getting really expensive. These two are two of my favourite monitors and I'm currently deciding which one to get myself.
The first is the Acer H6 Series H236HLbid LED Slim Bezel Monitor. It features a 24" full HD 1920x1080 screen with a fast refresh rate of 60Hz and a response time of 5 ms. It has great colour and is widescreen so Anime looks great and games look stunning. Check out this review for more information:
The second is the AOC E2461FWH Slim Bezel LED Monitor. The screen is a only little smaller with a size of 23.6". It still has a resolution of 1920x1080 but has a lower response time of only 2 ms. The refresh rate of this monitor is around 60Hz and is also widescreen. Here's a decent review for you to check out:
Hope this helps.

I would recommends a Steelseries 6gv2 it's not illuminate, but it's a nice keyboard for game [Mostly in FPS game]
And a Logitech G400s or higher it's a nice mouse.

Well, I'm using a Dell Ultrasharp 27". It's fucking great. Colour is really accurate and this is coming from someone who used to do colour calibration on HP Dreamcolors. Contrast is pretty good and the 1440p res is really great. I rarely play FPS games so I don't have the need for a 120hz monitor, I'd much rather the better resolution.
i dont know if this is still active but i use the
CM storm quickfire TK with brown switches and white illumination
and a deathadder 2013 mouse,its amazing
Don't listen to anyone who doesn't recommend the Corsair K70, it is by far the best mechanical keyboard that money can buy and for a good price. The mouse can be anything, it just need to fit your hand. As I'm a kiddy fag the Deathadder works well for be because it's thin but you might be a fatboi and need something bigger like the Roccat *insert name here* XL.
Razer Deathadder 2013
Steelseries Sensei Pro Mouse and Mouse Mat. I use a Laptop so can't help on the Keyboard.
