Hey, i have 2 questions.

1) If you have a title change at 500 posts can you then have a name change at 1000 posts or do you have to wait until you reach 1500 posts?

2) How do i include "GIF's" in my signature?

1) Yes, you can have a name change at 1000 posts.

2) Save them on an image hosting site and copy the link to your signature.

On this I am not 100% sure(to be honest) but yes title and name change are independent. On your second question, I would suggest ctrl+f on each page since you do not have many.
