LOL ROFLMAO he has VIP hacks i had them... instant respawn and respawn placement.... i've tried every VIP in the book. and from the look of the chamms and your gun.. im thinking you use (F)P(S) C(h)eats and the ESP action xD but your not... using it ... just looks like it

No. He is saying that 2 people got a headshot on the same guy at the same exact moment, and they both got the kill. Knowing how unreliable nexon servers are, thats a very possible server glitch.

Yeah... The guy prolly did have instant respawn... But I personally think it was two guys shooting the same guy, and a glitch happened...

WRONG. In 10 seconds the list of kills would have been off the screen.

Where he got it, I will never know.

that happends alot with respawn hackers there hack glitches and it re-spawns them in the same place over till it starts to work correctily
