I asked a friend about this program and he said that it starts calculating the time when you open the client, even if you'r not in game

I think i started around January 2011 my original account had literally everything in the game on it minus a couple of pax skins, but it got permbanned.

Im gonna send a ticket now with a thread link to see if i can get any further with it it just appears that this is how they make money, they permban people so they get addicted to the game then make new accounts to rebuy all there previous items its an effective system as far as money making is but what they don't realise is without customers they would never be where they are today, they really need to respect the playerbase more imo.
