    ofcourse is possible you just need to have a smartphone and and somebody to make a bot for android,ios for running on those OS's

    It is possible, yet very challenging. This has been discussed countless times before.
    The main issue is that with phone development, Flash has been bad mouthed by developers, especially Apple.
