Budget: 1k
purpose: Gaming (next gen), and watching hd videos. Also he need to use wifi (modem to far for Ethernet) and he doesn't know how to build pc, so you have to give us a site where they build for you... also try to make it cheap as possible but also very good for a while

Its not very hard (i did it and im just 15) but if he doesnt want to,contact a local pcshop or whatever to do it for you ..i left you some money in the build in case you need to buy anything like that (in the us building costs about 50$)

Its about the highest performance pc his money can get!

If not, check cyberpowerPC on google. Go to their site, make your PC and go to your local store to see if they can make the build you want for a reasonable price.

There is no point in getting a 9590. There is literally a 2% difference between the 8350, and the 9590. They have relatively the same FPS in game, and the only things different, are the clock and turbo speeds.

And a 270X isn't high tier. You're spending 320$ on a CPU, but spending 150-200$ on a GPU that can barely run BF4 in 1080P on ultra with playable frames.

An 290X Vapor-X is high tier, not a cheap budget GPU.
