Having bad financial troubles, any way to make money online?

I've got some financial problems at the moment. I need to pay around 200 bucks in USD (my currency is Rials) for my education and I can't receive my marks and statement until I pay it and without it I can't advance to the next degree. I've tried to sell my acc and stuff but no one's bought for over three months and I need to pay in two weeks.

I'm just a student and don't have a job yet, my parents said I'm mature and I have to learn to stand on my two own feet which means I gotta pay for my statement myself.

So any suggestions on how to make about 200 bucks in two weeks working on the internet? I can do translation jobs (English to Persian) or maybe manuscripts. If I get the money in USD, I can easily exchange it to rials and right now USD is worth A LOT (really a lot) in my country.

Honestly, it's nearly impossible to make that kind of money easily on the web within two weeks unless you have anything that has good value. Maybe sell some stuff on Ebay. If you have WoW then you can farm for gold, and then sell that gold for some money.
