I think I follow all requirements, except the activity part; I come to MPGH everyday, most of the times I end up posting something.
I am active on anime/general/arts section, is there a possibility of being a minion there? There was a time I was really super active on Arts section and followed all rules but never ended getting the promotion. Lonesome Cowboy is a minion there, but he doens't seem to be very active (well the section isn't really active at all but still...)

You're partly right. I think anyone who is famous in the anime section (ex. Color, Kodoku, Rance, Empire etc.) should be first choices. Then exclude the ones who don't meet the requirements.

There's only like 5 active members in the section and there's nothing to moderate. Back when Scotbud123 was an active member in the section it still wasn't moderated by the GM's and there was a shit ton of flaming.

I think you're missing the point, there's no point in having a mod. The very few disputes we have in the anime section aren't even worthy of mentioning a GM about.
