He has refunded the user that he has scammed for 15$, and he is greatly sorry and would like a second chance on the forums. He knows that it was a stupid decision to write a bullshit ebook and he has learned the consequences. He knows that it was a dick move to scam the user, and he's willing to face the consequences.

Yes, but he refunded him on his own initiative. Blacklist him if needed; the guy deserves a second chance. I know him IRL and he's a good guy... he was broke at the time but he wanted to make up for his actions
