How to transfer DCL Map Packs to a new Steam Account - PC

Hello guys,

I wanted to see if someone here has any idea how to transfer the DCL Map Packs to a new Steam Account.

This is what happened, I had an old steam account using COD BO2, and I had all the Map Packs. Then I got banned, but I created a new account and purchased a new copy of the game, but the Maps don't show when I play the game.

I am using the same PC, so I know the files are there - I see them under the Zone's Folder under my "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II\zone\all" Folder.

There are files with extensions .ff & .ipak for all the dlc1,2,3, & 4

I know there has to be a way to make them show up under the new steam account.

There is no way to transfer dlcs. If you have a new account you have to buy them again.

I think I may be able to help you out. I've had the opposite problem. I know how to forcibly enable DLC (with reverse engineering) that I don't actually have.

If you can toss me some maps to experiment on, I'll toss you hacks to enable all map DLC.

Nah, I did oldschool code patches and a DLL hook inside of the t6mp.exe module. I'm pretty content with the results. ;p
