don't think that's necessary, but having minions from different timezones would be the better thing to do instead of getting 2 minions that are on at around the same time
and deleting non active sections would eventually kill the site since every section has down time

I agree, this is vital for the position of Middleman, as you actually need to interact with the people.

Issue is, most people either have bad english, not a high enough post count, or they are not active in the section and apply just to apply.

Personally, I like the idea of Minions in different timezones. We sorta have that going on in the GM department, only thing is, minions is gonna be a lot harder process. People would have to be let go, even.

Certain smaller sections don't need the consistency of three. The assigned minion(s) just needs to do their job properly. If that minion feels they need more help, or dedicated help, they can tell a GM or ask Liz to consider placing an additional minion in there.

I think a majority of sections should have 2-3, because having a single minion in a single time zone doesn't work as Ghost said.

Two minions is more then enough if they are actively moderating the hours they said they could moderate on their application. I mean I solo moderated my sections (before they died) due to other people missing in action and never had a problem keeping up with it.

I'm solo-moderating, but due to timezone differences and schooling + a part-time job I miss threads every so often, wouldn't mind the old 1 moderator 3 minions or less.

I was using 'nigga' in a non-negative way, i was not saying that they were the worst(unlike someone)

And yes, the timezone difference is crucial, as most members live in either the U.S. or Europe
