Combat Arms Room Section?

This is actually a Great Idea. Guys we are trying to grow the EU Section again. I'm trying to get a 2nd Minion Spot, once we get more people in, and then I'll get Whitten to Open some new Sub-Sections. There Will be a General Section and a Help Section to Start, then we will add and subtract as we see fit
