MW2 Admin tool?

Hey guys,

For past few games with different servers I noticed that some players when they become hosts they have permission to kick players... but not in a normal way when the game shows "you have been kicked" but the host simply (as one of those guys said) "I am cutting the player connection with the server when I am hosting".

What I understand from that is when the guy is hosting and he wants to kick other player he cut the connection between himself and the other player in which he is having problem with the server connection and after 10/15s he is getting disconnected with message "Client command overflow".


Does anyone know what kind of tools such host is using?
I am curious as often when I become I host there are hackers with aimbot and Wall Hacks that irritates me and other players on the server.
