M4 IB Has stupid and big recoil, M4 Born Beast has perfect recoil. And yeah M4 Born Beast is prettier than M4 IB.

It might just be a damage boost for headshots in ZM, thats just my guess...

Critical Hits on Zombies (appears in small blasts and your HP will be recovered by +2 on every critical hit)
Sucks....
For zm this needs more ammo.You will have to run to supply alot.
