He tell Dont need to Omm i trust Him And then when he join the account OKay Fine i Give him my 2nd account to pay ap for me He Changed My password He still on my contact in skype And he always Offline What i must do ?

Always use an OMM, hopefully this will be a lesson. Report this in Scammer's Grave if this guy has an MPGH account so he can be banned. And yes you can try and send a ticket to aeria to recover your account, good luck.
