I was pretty sure that that problem no longer existed and the file i uploaded fixed that :\.... but oh well. Go to your date & time settings and change it to Moscow. You'll have to change it everytime you want to use it. If it still gives you that message, search up "Android Market Helper" on google and get one. Then change your market location to Moscow and it should work then
