how to increase the aqw

i hate when am playing pvp i click on skill it dont work and then in 1 sec i see my self losing all my hp even when i use a restore hp skill
note:i want solutions not jokes

How to increase the aqw? Hmm well the best solution would be to buy a better internet package.. That's happening because you lag too much

my internet speed is btw 30 to 90 kb but when i use my moms it works smooth so any way increase the speed of it or the pc it self and my pc is 465 gb free
