Forgot Email + Password to old account

I was jsut going to post my new hacks on this account but i cant even link virus scans, I had to reset my password on the account "constantein" due to the 90 day thing, and for the life of me i cannot remember it, I think i may have used my facebook email on that account and ive gotten rid of facebook and wont retrieve it under any circumstance.

Only bit of proof i might have is my ip from the last time i logged in with it. : PM me for IP
