Probably not the biggest mistake but I had Weed laced with MDMA or something.. Never found out what it was in the end.
Had a super bad trip with a friend and I ended up having a panic/anxiety attack. From then on I started having anxiety/panic attacks almost everyday.
Had to see a psychologist around 7-8 months later because it started getting out of control. Stopped drinking caffeine for a year since it could trigger them and/or make them 10x worse.Used to hate having the attacks but now I purposely drink caffeinated drinks since I've now gotten used to them. Plus I get the same kind of feeling when I'm high as when i'm having an attack so caffeine is like a cheap drug that can last up to a whole day for me. Eh.
