Bypass RepzIW4 ban?

I was banned for a wh on the "official" RepZ servers and now whenever I join it says "Banned: WH". I have tried using a VPN/proxy to change my IP address and it has no effect. I also tried creating a new account with the VPN on and it still didn't work.

I heard there is something called HWID ban, maybe that is it? How do I bypass that?

You can't be HWID banned by B3, try again with another IP changing software.
With an unused account of course.

Repziw4 uses IP + Name + XUID ban. Is there any way to bypass XUID ban?

XUID is account based > new account
Name > Cheat Engine or new account
IP > Google IP changer

That's what happends when you're not careful, It's not our fault that you're using your hacks obviusly (pre-aiming,looking through walls or other common things.)

XUID bans cannot be bypassed, as they patched that, buy they changed their ban system to a regfile, and now they changed again.
