Yeah... I've also seen tons of error pages saying MPGH servers are down. Not to mention it takes 10-20 odd seconds to load each page. Certain sections are going down. For example, MC tools could be down while MC help is still up.

"being back" suggests that it was gone/fixed for a duration. MPGH always lags hard for me anyway.
