Didn't like this episode, the plot holes are beginning to develop again that pisses me off. Even though I wanted to stick in this for the action it's practically impossible when the writers try to shove shitty sub plot down your throat. So I don't get why it has to scar her I mean she saved her mom and everyone in the bank but her mom was still shocked by what happened? Like really? Also what the hell even happened to her mom since she had to talk to her grandparents instead? Is her mom so freaked out at the fact that her child saved her god damn life that she left her?Then you have that man to screen love relationship at the end that is like wtf, if they give him that kind of development towards death gun to just her then it's kinda obvious that death gun would be the guy that was with her at the cafe. Also you know for a fact that nurse did some shady stuff around Kirito when Kirito was in the hospital last season.

Plays an mmorpg where the only weapon is guns. Uses possibly the largest rifle in the game.

Loses her shit when someone makes a finger-pistol at her in real life.

It seems to me that her trigger is fake guns more than realistic ones.
(also what was with that NES gun? Is duckhunt her test?)

Although I'm fine with PTSD being shown in an anime, it needs to make sense.(flaws below).

1. She is triggered by both an imaginary gun being pointed at her and holding a gun-like object
2. Her trauma coming from firing a gun would be stupid, because at the time she was hardly aware of it and it was practically an accident.
3. If the trauma was from holding a gun/killing a person, I could see that, but the potential trauma would be low.

4. This "it doesn't effect me in the game world" loophole is quite possibly the stupidest thing I'll ever see in SAO.
A) Shinkawa is basically the biggest asshole ever. Suggesting she go into a world full of her trigger could possibly have her die within 5 minutes of entry.
B) If her trigger is guns, then she wouldn't go into "berserker" mode. That's a 180* turn right there.
C) If she manages to not be triggered by all that is GGO but then be triggered by someone using a finger pistol, clearly there is faulty logic in her approach.

Well you gotta think that if the nerve gear has the ability to knock someone out for a period of time it would also have the ability to do other shit like say ridding someone of trauma during that period of time as well.

But that's not how PTSD works....

You'd have to automatically re-write every new players personality upon entry to the game. The consequences of that alone would be catastrophic.

Well there hasn't been a filler yet that explains the origin and how it works, I wouldn't actually mind having a filler that explains that.
